What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Boar’s Head Resort?
This role is supporting the Facilities department that covers Maintenance, Grounds and Loss Prevention department. Create requisitions, track purchase orders and receive invoices for payment. Manage budgets, track expenses, order parts as requested by the Engineering/Painting/Projects/LP staff, monitor and update the payroll and work closely with the Director of Facilities.
At least 2 years work experience in a Resort or Hotel Engineering department preferred
