We are seeking a customer focused, self-driven, organized individual to join our customer engagement team.
DUTIES SUMMARY
Our Customer Engagement Advisors provide outstanding customer support over the phone and through e-mail and chat. They review and process candidate applications, pre and post examination transactions and records associated with candidates seeking BCSP certifications and designations throughout the certification lifecycle.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the capability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member, can multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines, be proficient in basic computer applications, and able to learn new software quickly.
Skills
- Demonstrate professional phone etiquette in all customer interactions
- Experience in outbound calling and managing customer relationships
- Cash handling experience is beneficial for processing transactions securely
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on resolution and satisfaction
- Ability to provide exceptional services and build lasting relationships
- Proficient in data entry tasks with attention to detail
QUALIFICATIONS
3 or more years of work history providing customer service or client support
1 or more years of telephonic client/customer support
An Associate degree in business or equivalent education is preferred
