We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards, providing a safe and functional environment for both staff and customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance, with the ability to lead projects and supervise other team members when necessary.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC system checks.
- Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Fabricate and repair various structures and equipment as needed.
- Conduct residential painting to maintain aesthetic standards of the facilities.
- Outdoor maintenance as well.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Proficiency in using logic controllers and other technical equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Strong communication skills for effective customer service interactions.
