As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency of our operations while upholding our standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate the POS system for processing transactions
- Assist in food preparation and ensure proper food safety practices are followed
- Make various coffee/espresso drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and order accuracy
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Skills
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in a restaurant and/or bar is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Starting pay is $13.50 tips.
