What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pro Pac Office Assistant position at BOARDMAN FOODS?
- Provide assistance with various tasks including data entry, translating, updating policies/procedures, records review, creating reports, copy, scan, information searching on web, filing and cleaning.
- Assist office personnel and management team as need arises.
- Grade product samples and report findings
- It is not necessary for this position to do every assignment included in this job description although it is preferred. If accommodation is needed for any of these assigned tasks, you must submit a request with Office Lead. This request must then be officially approved before it can go into effect. For those needing accommodation it may be requested for even just one day.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations with co-workers of the organization. English speaking, reading and writing required. Bilingual in English and Spanish Preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common understanding, solve practical problems and interpret instructions.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Basic computer skills or ability to learn Outlook, Word and Excel.
