Job Title : Quality Control Inspector

Job Type : Full-time

Location : 1110 Thalia Avenue, Youngstown, Ohio

We are seeking a highly motivated Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This position is for the afternoon shift only. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities :

Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards
Document and report any non-conformances and work with production teams to resolve issues
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring
Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in the quality control process
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste

Requirements : Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be able to work afternoon shift. 2 : 48 p.m. to 11 : 20 p.m., Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control inspection in a manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects and non-conformances

Knowledge of quality control principles and practices

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
