Responsibilities
- Maintain timely and detailed documentation according to DCF, JCO and insurance billing standards
- Perform intake assessments
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Provide counseling for individuals
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- At minimum Bachelors degree
- Must have current CAP
- Previous experience with Substance Abuse Population
- Experience with insurance billing documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- DBT, CBT and Evidenced based group facilitation experience
