Director of Membership
As the Director of Membership , you will spearhead the launch and growth of Boardroom’s new membership business unit, driving its success as a cornerstone of the brand. This role requires a visionary leader to develop the overall strategic direction of the Membership Club, drive membership growth, oversee a small working team, design and drive the application and approval process, and maintain strong relationships with current members and strategic partners to ensure continued engagement and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with the management team to uphold the exclusive and value-driven brand image of Boardroom.
Key Responsibilities
Foundation & Operations
- Build an effective and cohesive Membership Department for an elite private club
- Develop an innovative and effective recruiting strategy and application process
- Leverage personal network to recruit members and strategic partners
- Work with the executive team to build a robust membership experience that includes programming, networking, perks, and beyond
- Oversee internal systems including the digital application process and membership portal
- Manage membership P&L, reporting to the CFO and executive team
