As our Reservations Manager, you’ll be more than just a numbers-driven strategist—you’ll be the heart of our reservations operation. Your mission? You’ll empower your team to excel, optimize revenue opportunities, and collaborate with departments across the property to deliver seamless, five-star experiences.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and inspire a team of high-performing Reservation Agents who embody hospitality, engage guests effortlessly, and take pride in delivering exceptional service
- Maximize revenue by ensuring strategic pricing, inventory control, and rate optimization to drive profitability
- Champion guest experience by setting the standard for personalized service, handling VIP requests and escalations with expertise and a touch of luxury
- Optimize booking processes by overseeing reservations operations, ensuring seamless coordination with Sales, Events, and Front Office teams
- Analyze and innovate by monitoring occupancy, market trends, and revenue performance, translating insights into action
- Train and mentor by elevating team engagement through coaching, role-playing calls, and ongoing development opportunities
- Enhance systems and strategy by leveraging SynXis, Opera, and reporting tools to streamline efficiencies and ensure data accuracy
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Luxury mindset with a passion for high-end hospitality and a deep understanding of what makes a guest experience truly exceptional
- Leadership and energy with at least 3 years of reservations or revenue experience in a luxury hotel, with a track record of inspiring and developing teams
- Proficiency in SynXis and Opera is required; strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and reporting tools
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and leadership
- Understanding of revenue management principles, distribution channels, and sales strategies to optimize hotel performance
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
