We are currently looking for a E&I Specialist / Sr. E&I Specialist in Sulphur, LA.
POSITION DESCRIPTION :
This position is responsible for managing daily activities related to Electrical, Controls and Automation for assigned area, including, but not limited to, performing all required installation, operation, testing, maintenance and repair of Electrical and Instrumentation equipment. Duties will also include operating the station, maintaining auxiliary equipment, valve inspections, atmospheric corrosion monitoring, tank gauging, facility yard maintenance, gas sampling and responsible for maintaining all tools and equipment assigned to this position. Required to comply with all DOT, OSHA and Environmental rules and regulations (DOT 192 & DOT 195). You will regularly lead projects, have responsibility and authority to make decisions about equipment, and will be expected to participate in the On Call duties of the Area and respond to call-outs. Responsibilities also include compliance documentation for assigned area and the successful completion of all the Operator Qualification tasks assigned specifically for this position. Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Be able to meet minimum physical and educational standards established by the company. This role will be located at our Sulphur Terminal and may occasionally assist other areas with E&I work. Successful candidate will be required to complete Core Blocks in Safety, Enviornmental and Company policies and procedures. This primary area of responsibility for this role will be at our Sulphur Terminal and successful candidate will be required to reside within 30 miles of this facility.
