Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of one storage facility, including minimual maintenance, leasing, and tenant relations
- Ensure property is properly maintained at all times
- Manage tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with lease agreements
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs, renovations, and other property-related projects and issues
- Advertise and market available units to attract prospective tenants
- Screen potential tenants and complete lease agreements
- Enforce lease terms and handle eviction processes when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Property Manager of a storage facility
- Familiarity with facilities management principles and practices
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Sitelink or Yardi
- Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to upsell additional services or amenities to tenants
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong knowledge of self storage and parking laws
