- RESORT: Follow and satisfy the Forbes Service Standards
- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly, take food and beverage orders, and ensure customer satisfaction while they enjoy the resort's amenities.
- Beverage Preparation: Mix and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
- Cart Operation: Safely drive and operate the beverage cart around the course.
- Inventory Management: Stock and restock the cart with beverages, ice, and snacks, and keep an accurate inventory.
- Payment Handling: Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Maintenance: Keep the cart clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
- Guest Interaction: Provide information about the resort's facilities and services, and ensure guests have a positive experience.
- Compliance: Check guest identification to confirm they are of legal drinking age and adhere to all resort policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or the food and beverage industry, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting. Must have bartending experience.

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and stack objects up to 50 pounds, and work in an outdoor environment with exposure to weather extremes.
