Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Service, sourcing, ordering/receiving and inventory management. Marine parts experience preferred, but auto/truck is acceptable. As a Parts Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers' and our service department's parts needs are met efficiently and accurately, while maintaining accurate inventory levels and an orderly stockroom.
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service in-person and via telephone and internet by locating and selling parts needed by the customer.
- Timely and accurately fulfill requisitions from our on-site service department.
- Utilize an order management system to process customer orders efficiently and track shipping.
- Accurately receive and stock in-coming parts.
- Maintain accurate pricing information for all parts and products.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure availability of parts and supplies.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with marine and/or auto parts.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn and use our basic computer functions for search, POS, order and receiving.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
