General Duties:
- Implementing construction plans
- Assisting operation of construction equipment and machinery
- Handling and transporting construction materials
- Cleaning construction site/equipment and maintaining a safe work environment
- Prebuild and verify fit and finish of product to be installed
- Following instructions from supervisors
- Reporting machine malfunctions or unsafe conditions
- Demonstrate general understanding of basic math skills
- Working knowledge of each tool/equipment before operation and able to operate safely
- Deliver and install boat lifts and docks
Skills/Requirements:
- Timely
- Teachable (willing to learn) and observant
- Works well with others/Team player
- Boaters License (can acquire after 60 days of hire)
- Ability to work in the water
- Proficient swimmer - most work done on, over, or in water
- Installer, builder, or contractor background
- Clean driving background
- Lift and carry up to 80lbs if needed
- No limitations to walking or climbing stairs
- No strenuous activity limitations, walking stairs and inclines are common in a days work
