CNC Operator

Job Summary
BoatEFX is seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. We manufacture accessories for the marine industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machinery and possess mechanical knowledge to ensure precision and quality in the production process. This role involves working with HAAS CNC vertical milling machines.

Duties

• Operate HAAS CNC Vertical Mill machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
• Job Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary for optimal performance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and engineering drawings
• Loading and unloading parts
• Conduct regular inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure longevity and efficiency.

Requirements

• Proficiency in operating CNC machinery, particularly HAAS systems.
• Minimum of 2 years CNC machine operating experience
• Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining processes.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments effectively.
• Experience with hand tools and factory equipment is preferred.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
