We specialize in offering artisan pastries, specialty coffee, breakfast items and a warm, inviting atmosphere for both locals and tourists. As we prepare to open our doors, we’re seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to fill key roles in our new café. Whether you have a love for crafting the perfect cup of coffee, baking delicious pastries, or delivering outstanding customer service, we have a place for you!
Available Positions:
1. Baker
- Assist with baking preparation, including measuring ingredients, mixing, and prepping doughs.
- Bake and decorate a variety of pastries, ensuring they meet our quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, following health and safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the pastry chef and team to ensure efficient workflow and product consistency.
2. Pastry Chef
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries and other baked goods.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Qualifications:
- Must know how to make & work with brioche dough.
- Previous experience in any of these roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A passion for baking, coffee, and providing an exceptional customer experience.
