Boathouse Sports is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Philadelphia, PA.

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team, and expand our reach within existing, and to new, customers.
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent sell-through to existing customers, and prospect for new customers within an identified territory that may change from time to time. You will be knowledgeable about customers, products, and process, and be proficient in the software necessary to support your sales effort. As needed, you will attend events outside the office.
Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on inbound inquiries with quotes, samples, and pricing to convert to sale quickly, maintaining 100% accuracy of order details
- Prospect with existing customers for deeper sales
- Identify and connect with prospective customers, using proven sales methods to close sales
Experience and Skills Desired:
- Winning attitude: Passion for excellence in athletics or other pursuits
- Communication Skills: Ability to speak and write professionally, form relationships, and close deals. Cold Calling background a plus
- Organization and Self-motivated: Devise and follow a daily, weekly and monthly plan. Set goals, and stick to them.
- Technology: Microsoft Suite of apps, CRM experience is a plus (HubSpot)

Work Conditions: Full-time, in-person, with some remote work once fully trained, and ability to travel into territory up to six times per year. Report to VP of Sales. Competitive pay with commission opportunity.
