KEY TASKS:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s goals, and align efforts to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Growth: Drive growth by identifying new markets and opportunities.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct professional sales presentations to effectively communicate the value of our financial offerings and document collection.
- Negotiations: Structure deals with terms and pricing that aligns with company objectives for marine lending.
- Proactive Customer Outreach: Initiate 150-200 daily calls to prospective applicants who have submitted applications through our website related to boat-related services. These are not cold calls; these are applications made on .
- Product Knowledge & Explanation: Effectively communicate product offerings and key benefits to prospective customers.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Ask strategic questions to assess the customer's position in the buying process.
- Application Assistance: Lead customers through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary details are collected for submission to the bank and connecting them with a loan officer as needed.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in HubSpot.
- Relationship Building: Establish rapport with customers to build trust and foster long-term relationships.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Data Organization: Keep all records in HubSpot well-organized and updated.
- Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities from Boatzon.com. Utilize lead-generation strategies to expand our client base from opportunities provided by all Boatzon intellectual properties (dealers, websites, organic search, paid search).
- Consultative Sales Approach: Engage with prospects to understand their unique financial needs and provide tailored finance solutions for marine lending and extended service agreements. Offer expert guidance and advice on the company's financial products and services working alongside channel partners.
- Market Knowledge & Trends: Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to anticipate client needs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Track sales activities and provide accurate reporting on a regular basis. Meet or exceed performance goals and provide detailed sales forecasting.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., underwriting, customer service, marketing) to ensure the smooth execution of client deals and to support client retention.
