Mobile Home Community Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Home Community Manager to lead mobile home communities. The goal is to incrase occupancy and improve the properties. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, great communication skills and be motivated to accomplish tasks and projects.
Spanish speaking is preffered.
Location: 4627 Blanche Rd Sumter, SC - in person position.
Type: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 PM
Pay: $55,000 base salary sales bonuses (Expected pay with sales is $70,000 - $75,000/year)
Responsibilities:
- Infill and Sales:
- Identify opportunities for marketing and help coordinate preparing homes for sale.
- Manage the sales process : help marketing, follow up on prospects, schedule and conduct home tours, close home sales and coordinate tenant move ins.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the market.
- Property Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the mobile home community to preserve the asset.
- Communicate and address tenant issues and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct property and home inspections, enforce community rules and regulations.
- Oversee vendors on property projects and maintenance requests to ensure work is completed.
- Manage finances by processing rental income and payments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales highly preferred.
- No property management experience needed!
- Must be very comfortable using a computer and cell phone.
- Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn software.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Pass a drug test and background check.
- Ability to get licensed to sell homes – must have a 600 credit score to get bonded.
