Key Responsibilities :
- Assist experienced carpenters in building, fabricating, and installing projects to the highest standard.
- Develop problem-solving skills to provide efficient solutions and improve project outcomes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, understanding both the vision and the practical application for each project.
- Learn to anticipate project milestones, needs, and potential challenges from a '30,000 FT View.'
- Collaborate with teams to ensure a seamless project execution, maintaining clear communication and follow-up.
- Learn and apply design principles to make client visions a reality, while troubleshooting and solving construction challenges in a timely, safe manner.
- Uphold and enforce all safety standards and codes to prevent fines and delays.
- Maintain a high standard of craftsmanship, continuously looking for ways to improve quality and avoid errors.
- Support the team in maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient job site.
