Responsibilities – Sales Manager:
Hire, train, motivate and supervise a high-performance sales team.- Set sales goals, track progress, and lead team to achieve sales goals
- Coach sales team on improving performance and closing deals
- Lead regular sales meetings
- Promote a strong focus on a high level of customer satisfaction
- Foster positive customer relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Perform other duties
Qualifications/Requirements - Sales Manager:
Automotive Sales Manager experience, goal driven, team builder, high energy, and self-motivated to succeed- Excellent sales, closing, communication, and customer service skills
- Good computer skills (MS Outlook, CRM)
- Professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
