Bob Evans Farms products are distributed nationally in retailers throughout North America.
Responsibilities
Accountabilities:
- Assist in administration of strategic sales and trade plans for Retail Sales Team.
- Collaborate with the Sales and internal partners on administering the 4P's (Product, Price, Promotion, Placement) process focusing on pricing and promotional evaluation.
- Support customer specific programs that align with brand objectives to drive retail activities in support of the company's growth and profit objectives through the planning process.
- Review and translate analytical data into actionable tactics to support Retail Business Development.
- Enhance reporting tools to assist in reporting, specifically in sales tracking and other daily imperatives.
- Manage databases relating to customer specific expenses, promotional results and sales reports with a focus on database integrity.
- Administer reporting on business initiatives with Finance, Marketing, and Demand Planning departments.
- Tactical support for strategic development of sales business plans to deliver customer specific objectives.
- Provide analytics to track and monitor the ROI of all investments.
- Prepare relevant correspondence to internal and external customers to deliver high level customer service.
- Assist analytics for pre and post promotional analysis.
- Manage the Sample Process Relationship with 3rd Party Vendors.
- Distribute information and advice to field teams on promotional activities.
- Identify business opportunities based on customer and product group data analytics.
- Identify and provide strategic solutions to key areas of improvement within our promotion management systems to ensure consistency and improved business practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain or related field.
1-3 years' experience in Sales, Finance, Audit, or Trade Marketing.
Understanding and experience with sales orders and sales promotions.
Experience with Oracle EBS preferred.
Demantra Predictive Trade Planning experience preferred.
Previous experience in a CPG Organization is a plus.
