General Manager Responsibilities:
The position of General Manager is a fast-paced role that manages the daily operations and staff of the restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
Management Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop employees
- Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Shape the culture of the restaurant and promote employee engagement
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution abilities, strong planning and organization skills, dedication to providing exceptional guest service, and exceptional team building capability.
Education/Experience:
