About the Job:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dining Room Attendant at Bob Evans. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our dining area, including clearing soiled dishes from tables, cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs, and emptying trash.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Clear soiled dishes from tables and ensure they are sanitized and put away in their designated areas
* Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and other furniture to maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation
* Empty trash and recyclables from the dining area and replace with new bags
* Maintain the overall appearance of the dining area, including dusting and polishing surfaces as needed
* Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive customer experience
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry preferred
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Working Conditions:
* This is a full-time position working approximately 40 hours per week
* Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Salary Range: $12-$15 per hour
