The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Dishroom Attendant. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dishroom area, including clearing soiled dishes from tables, cleaning and sanitizing tables and chairs, and emptying trash. You will also assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property around the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Clearing soiled dishes from tables and ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized before returning them to service
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom area, including storage and disposal of chemicals and supplies
- Emptying trash and recyclables regularly
- Assisting with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the property around the restaurant, including the foyer, front porch, sidewalk, and other areas
