Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop direct reports
- Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; reward and discipline employees
- Shape culture of restaurant and ensure a high level of employee engagement
- Coach and mentor team members to achieve success on the job and guest satisfaction
- Maintain efficient operations, cost controls, and profit management
- Ensure OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a leadership role required; 4-6 years in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred
- College and/or culinary schooling a plus
- Able to manage multiple projects and work a variety of shifts and weekends
