OPENS: 12/13/2024 CLOSES: Until Filled JOB TITLE: District Administrative Assistant REPORTS TO: CEO DEPT. / SCHOOL: Academic / Bob Hope School / Pasadena WAGE / HOUR STATUS: Non-Exempt/Full-Time PAY GRADE: 2024-2025 pay scale PRIMARY PURPOSE: Work under minimum supervision to ensure the CEO and Administration team receive efficient clerical services and provide various duties for the Business Office. Handle confidential information and engage in frequent contact with all levels of employees, outside agencies, and the public. QUALIFICATIONS: Education AA/AS from an accredited college or a minimum of 60 college credit hours [Preffered] Special Knowledge/Skills Excellent telephone, organizational, written communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of correct English usage, grammar, spelling and punctuation Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos Ability to make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling Ability to use personal computer and use software to develop spreadsheets, perform data analysis, and do word processing Ability to multi-task numerous complex activities Knowledge of basic accounting principles Ability to maintain confidentiality Team oriented and self-motivated Experience Minimum of one-year work experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a public school WORKING CONDITIONS Equipment Used Personal computer, printer, copier, fax machine, telephone, calculator and radio.
