JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Purpose
The Commercial Landscape Maintenance Production Manager plays an important role in maintaining and acquiring commercial landscape maintenance accounts. The Commercial Landscape Maintenance Production Manager will actively seek to promote and market our landscape maintenance services to potential clients.
- Scope of Work
The Commercial Landscape Maintenance Production Manager will assume the responsibility of maintaining relationships with our clients.
The goal is to have the Commercial Landscape Maintenance Production Manager responsible for commercial landscape maintenance activities. This will include maintaining customer relationships, the responsibility of managing Account Managers and scheduling crews, sales, and overall performance of the department. Also included will be overseeing equipment purchase and repairs. Participation in snow removal is also required.
- Organizational Relationships
The Commercial Landscape Maintenance Production Manager will directly report to the COO. In addition, the Commercial Landscape Maintenance Production Manager will work hand-in-hand with other Production Managers, Accounting Managers, Supervisors, and Crew Members.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
· Four-year degree in Landscape Horticulture/Management and 2 years continuous experience in landscape construction/installation OR 4 years continuous service performing duties as described
· Knowledge of or formal training in maintenance practices, personnel administration, horticulture, sales, and marketing.
· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
· Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
· Basic computer skills
Certifications
· A safe driving record
· Have a C.P.H. certification within 1 year.
· Obtain a C.L.T. certification within 2 years.
Technical Requirements
· Understand the basic principles of estimating and production management
· Ability to prospect and develop relationships with potential customers.
· Ability to write and present proposals.
· Ability to promote and present a positive company image.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
