What are the responsibilities and job description for the Detailer - Flat Rate position at Bob Johnson Auto Group?
We are a looking for an experienced used car detailer. They we need to be able to buff, polish and wax finishes as well as run a shampooer. We want our cars to present as close to new as possible. We are currently selling on the average of 65 cars a month on the campus. We are looking to increase this to number to 120 plus.
Requirements
- Previous experience in car detailing required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
Salary Description
$16 - $20 flat rate per hour
