Description
We are looking for Part-Time Dealer Trade Drivers:
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for transporting new vehicles to and from other dealerships upon request and in a timely, safe manner.
- Full inspection of vehicles picked up and delivered
- Check for any damage, all sets of keys, floor mats, etc.
- Transfer of purchase paperwork between dealerships.
- Can drive distances can vary from within the county to hundreds of miles.
Dealer trade drivers represent the dealership and are expected to present themselves in a professional/courteous manner while at other dealerships. To be considered as a dealer trade driver you must have a valid driver’s license, background check, and have flexibility in schedule to drive when needed. Prefer those who can drive a manual transmission vehicle (if required), has a cell phone, and are willing to drive long distance/do overnight stays if needed.
Qualifications
Valid NYS Drivers license with clean driving record. Ability to drive manual transmission preferred. Ability to work weekends if needed preferred.
