Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 Base Commission/year
Description
Bob Johnson Chevrolet West is looking to add a skilled & reliable Parts Counter Associate to our family like team!. We are a fast growing organization looking for hardworking individual to grow with us.
The ideal candidate would be have excellent communications skills with a strong knowledge in automotive parts. Preferred General Motors experience is a plus but we will train the right person. Starting pay is based on experience and ability.
Part Counter Associate Job Responsibilities:
- Receive customers, establish rapport, determine and attend to customers’ needs
- Work with service department to expedite needed parts
- Ability to match customers’ needs with appropriate parts or services
- Knowledge of automotive systems in general
- Search part numbers using the computer system and standard catalogs
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be initiative-taking, hardworking, and have a great attention to detail. The applicant must have a valid driver’s license.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed.
- Minimum of 2-year prior Parts experience
- Will train the right individual with limited experience
- Basic computer and internet proficiency
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday Some Saturdays required
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
