POSITION SUMMARY: Coordinate a highly effective admission experience by building relationships, communicating BJA’s cultural values and guiding principles, and managing the admission systems.

Key Results Area #1 – Effectively engage with prospective students and families to recruit and retain like-minded families
- Build network for right-fit prospective students
- Design and lead school tours to serve families and administrators
- Facilitate valuable connections with BJA leadership, staff, and current families
Key Results Area #2 – Create a smooth and meaningful admission experience
- Develop and refine effective processes that are innovative and delightful
- Maintain consistent contact with all families as they move through the enrollment process
- Act as guide for prospective families to determine if BJA can partner with them in educating their children
- Enable principals to make enrollment decisions
Key Results Area #3 – Represent and incarnate BJA’s mission & guiding principles
- Communicate the religious beliefs of BJA to students and student affiliates
- Answer questions concerning faith, doctrine, and creed of BJA to constituents, students, or those inquiring about BJA.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Knowledge of and support for a Christian educational philosophy
