POSITION SUMMARY: Share BJA’s mission, values, and vision to build a network of investors in the current and future generations of BJA students
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key Results Area #1 – Take the lead for BJA’s outward facing initiatives including advancement, admission, and marketing
- Ensure the admission experience is smooth and meaningful
- Ensure marketing strategies and messaging are generated and executed
Key Results Area #2 – Engage current and new supporters to increase non-tuition revenue
- Grow donor network that includes individuals, corporations, and foundations
- Solicit a measurable number of major gifts annually through annual giving, planned gifts, corporate and foundation giving, capital campaigns, alumni relations, and events
- Work with BJA Head of School & BJU Advancement to connect donor interest and BJA priorities
Key Results Area #3 – Nurture relationships with BJA alumni
- Communicate to alumni BJA’s stories, vision, and goals
- Create opportunities for reunions, recognition, and volunteerism
Key Results Area #4 – Represent and incarnate BJA’s mission & guiding principles
- Communicate the religious beliefs of BJA to donors, alumni, students, and student affiliates
- Answer questions concerning faith, doctrine, and creed of BJA to constituents, students, or those inquiring about BJA.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
