POSITION SUMMARY: Assists in a variety of Testing responsibilities such as preparing and administering online tests and communicating with test proctors.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry/computer usage
- Preparing and administering online testing
- Verifying information for test administration purposes
- Communicating with remote proctors (phone and email)
- Providing basic technical support by phone
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Supportive of homeschooling
- Willingness to work as a team player, doing whatever task is needed
- Strongly detail-oriented
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at managing multiple operations concurrently
- Flexible/prone to remain calm under pressure
- Capacity to prioritize and organize
- Able to instruct customers
- Comfortable with technology
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Comfortable remaining in one place for long periods of time; occasionally bend, reach above shoulder, squat or kneel, stand, and walk
