POSITION SUMMARY: The Testing Associate assists in a variety of testing responsibilities such as checking test documents for accuracy, data entry, assisting customers via phone, and preparing test booklets for recirculation.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Data entry/computer usage
- Assisting customers via phone
- General office duties
- Verifying information for scoring purposes
- Contacting customer to verify and/or correct any missing information
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Thorough, general computer aptitude
- Willingness to work as a team player, doing whatever task is needed
- Strongly detail-oriented
- Supportive of homeschooling
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Training or experience in education and/or homeschooling is beneficial
- Microsoft Word
