What are the responsibilities and job description for the Luxury Brand Valet/Shuttle Driver - Genesis of Winston Salem position at Bob King Automotive Group?
We are seeking a Full Time Valet/Shuttle Driver to join our team at the brand new Genesis of Winston Salem! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by safely parking and retrieving guests' vehicles, and assisting with luxury valet trips for Genesis customers. You will setup the timing of each valet following Genesis guidelines, while maintaining cleanliness and integrity driving each customer's vehicle. You will ensure a smooth transition for the customer throughout the cycle of valeting the car back and forth. While on site you will assist with traffic flow in the service lane.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles in designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest's vehicles.
- Adhere to safety and security procedures.
- Assist in directing traffic and ensuring smooth flow of vehicles.
- Provide assistance to guests as needed.
- Report any incidents or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
