Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail or sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and promote high-end products effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on delivering a personalized customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide product information and advice to customers.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently working with your sales manager and finance team.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns with a proactive approach.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends in the luxury automotive industry.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and achieve overall sales goals.
Pay :
Base plus commission paid semi monthly with bonus/commission checks paid on the 15th of the following month.
