The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the service department at Bob King Mazda, handling warranty claims clerical duties and many other clerical items for the service customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Responsibilities
1. Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, partnering with QB our provider.
2. Maintain warranty documentation.
3. Assist with scheduling service appointments and assigning work orders as needed.
4. Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
5. Assist in maintaining inventory records and ordering parts as needed.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service provided.
**Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a service department.
3. Familiarity with warranty processes and handling warranty claims in a dealership is a MUST.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
7. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
