Position: Service Compliance Clerk
Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Service Compliance Clerk. This role involves reviewing all Repair Orders (ROs) for compliance, ensuring that all required signatures and documentation are in place, and maintaining various schedules related to service and body shop operations.
Key Responsibilities

Review all Repair Orders (ROs) for compliance, including:

3 Cs (Complaint, Cause, Correction)
-
Customer Signatures
-
Manager Signatures and Initials
-
Appropriate Documentation
-
Technician Punch Times
-
Warranty Compliance
-
Service Contract Receivable Schedules
-
Body Shop Receivables
-
Work in Process for all Service Departments and Body Shop
Pay Range
The pay range for this position is between $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in a detail-oriented service or accounting role at a dealership.
