What are the responsibilities and job description for the Delivery Coordinator position at BOB MILLS FURNITURE?
Bob Mills Furniture is now accepting applications for a Delivery Coordinator on our Corporate Support Staff in Oklahoma City. The Delivery Coordinator will route and schedule delivery trucks in all of our markets using a third party routing software. Job duties include:
- Pre-Calling customers two days before deliveries
- Reviewing all delivery tickets for the following day
- Verifying customers address
- Routing Delivery trucks for all stores
- Communicating with the Delivery drivers
- Communicating with customers
- Notifying Customers when their merchandise is in-stock
- Completing out tickets following delivery
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 1-3 years of comparable experience
- Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures in the field
- Requires excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be available to work on an alternating schedule including evenings and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
