RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creating in a timely manner, merchandise displays throughout the store or in other defined areas
- Creating an enjoyable, visually pleasing, and easy shopping experience for the customer to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction
- Assisting with set up for special in-store events
- Directing the work of Floor Technicians to accomplish furniture moves on the showroom floor
- Using taste, experience, and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A High School diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in a related area ( design, art, architect, etc) is preferred
- Design certifications are also preferred
- A portfolio of your own creations would be ideal
- 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area is Required
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within merchandise visual display Required
- A high degree of creativity and initiative is Required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
