Responsibilities
- Assist in managing dealership operations and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.
- Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide tailored automotive sales solutions.
- Support Service initiatives through effective communication, negotiation, and upselling techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sales strategies and improve overall service performance.
- Provide leadership and training to junior staff to foster a productive work environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
