We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sourcing Manager specializing in case goods to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be one of the first hires in a newly established function, where you will play a critical role in shaping our sourcing strategy for the case goods category. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in sourcing, with a strong background in case goods, and will be comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and establishing processes from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the Merchandising team to understand product needs and trends, ensuring that supplier strategies align with the company's product roadmap.
Proactively identify and engage with potential new suppliers, expanding the company's sourcing options.
Work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure sourcing strategies meet the evolving needs of the product development pipeline.
Monitor and manage supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and service levels.
Lead efforts to establish the sourcing function within the organization, including setting goals, defining metrics, and reporting on performance.
