The Warranty Specialist is responsible for managing the return and warranty processes for defective or unsatisfactory products, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies. This role involves coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Warranty Key Responsibilities: Process and manage RMA requests, including verification of warranty coverage and eligibility for various vendors. Communicate with customers to clarify issues, provide instructions, and facilitate the return or RMA process. Collaborate with internal departments and remote branches to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims. Maintain accurate records of returned products, including reasons for return and resolutions. Coordinate with suppliers or manufacturers for repair, replacement, or credit under warranty terms. Monitor warranty trends and provide feedback to relevant teams to reduce recurring issues. Develop and refine RMA and warranty procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience. Stay updated on company products, vendor policies, and warranty terms.
Qualifications: Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or warranty/RMA management. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Multitasking and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office or similar tools. Knowledge of product lifecycles and technical troubleshooting is a plus.
