Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electronic issues with residential and commercial garage door systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining issues and repair solutions.
- Utilize tools and equipment safely, adhering to company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members and assist with installations when required.
- Handle lifting, maneuvering, and assembly of garage door components during repairs and occasional installations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the garage door industry is required.
- Strong mechanical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely and handle repetitive tasks.
