What are the responsibilities and job description for the BFit Kids North position at Bob's Gym & Fitness, LLC?
Monday-Friday 8am- 12 pm
Responsibilities:
BFIT is a non-licensed child care and provide supervision and engagement only with the children. Staff do not feed, potty or change diapers in our facility. The primary role is to keep children happy and safe while caregivers use our facilities.
- Care for children in a defined area of the club for the attending member(s).
- Interact with the children in a positive and age appropriate manner.
- Organize and participate in recreational and educational activities, such as games, drawing, handicrafts, and reading to children .
- Maintain discipline with the children and initiate other measures to control behavior.
- Keep security records on individual children ensuring that all children have a registration form on file.
- Organize and store toys and materials to ensure order in Kids Club area.
- Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and supporting positive self-concepts.
Job Type: Part-time but does offer options to pick up additional shifts at the Front Desk at all of our clubs.

Pay: $11.00 - $12.50 per hour
