Dispatcher

Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring for the position of the Dispatcher.

The Dispatcher position will develop and maintain the Outside Sales Rep., Service, and Duct cleaning Technicians daily schedules. Dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers. Maintain our customer database with current information. Clear and concise communications with department managers, team members and company customers.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive wage of $20.00/hr

Daily Duties:

• Take incoming customer calls, prioritizing the Technician hotline
• Coordinate all service calls as received.
• Dispatch Service and Duct cleaning Technicians, one call at a time.
• Debrief Service Technicians before and after completion of each call.
• Forecast workload for 2 – 3 days out
• Maintain customer history files in database
• Other duties as assigned

Education

• High school education or equivalent.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced customer service skills.
• Work closely with a team of Dispatchers, Customer Service Representatives, and the parts team
• Organized
• Geographical knowledge of service area as well as map reading skills
• Knowledge of industry helpful
• Computer skills including:
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• CRM Software experience such as Goldmine a plus
• Verbal and Written Communication skills a must

• Clean drug screening
