Core Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all clients are satisfied with products and services
- Assist with handling complaints and inquires
- Follow up with customers by phone or email to check that they are satisfied with purchases
- Processes payments timely and accurately per terms
- Determine the quickest, most effective way to answer a customer's question or inquiry
- Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
- Troubleshooting customer issues
- Working with the purchasing, sales, and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
- Responds promptly and professionally to internal staff regarding customer inquiries
- Assist in ad hoc projects as needed
