We are an industry leading, expanding commercial tire company seeking highly motivated, energetic, detail oriented, sales professionals to join our team in outside sales. We offer a unique opportunity to be engaged in the entire customer experience from planning prospects, working alongside major tire manufacturer sales representatives, solving customers’ pain point, to maintaining existing customer relationships. - Evaluating customer needs
- Educating customers on products and services
- Selling New Tires, Retreads, Wheels, Services and Mechanical
- Leverage tire manufacturer resources available to win new business
- Developing effective sales strategy
- Identifying opportunities to improve sales performance
- Monitoring competitor activities
- Maintaining good relationships with customers
- Conducting market and industry research
- Negotiating with existing and potential customers
- Maintaining electronic records of sales leads
- Resolving customer complaints
- Collaborating with Service and Mechanical Departments
Our Commercial Truck Center and home base for this challenging position is in the Cincinnati market.
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- OUTSIDE sales experience with a track record of sales goal attainment
- Must have mechanical background!
- Ability to conduct face-to-face sales calls and develop a rapport with both existing and target customers
- Strong time management skills with ability to multi-task
- High attention to detail and organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed to achieve sales goals
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Excel & Windows
- A clean driving record

We offer an excellent compensation plan in the $60,000 - $80,000 range per year plus a company provided pickup truck, fuel and insurance. Pay can increase beyond the target range based on performance to sales goals. In addition, medical/dental, 401K, paid vacation, sick days, & holidays are available.
