Bob Sumerel Tire Company, one of the largest commercial tire distributors and service providers in the U.S. is a seeking Mobile Truck Tire Service Technician to join our winning team. This is a full-time position where the applicants must be flexible to work on weekends and as an on-call 24-hour road technician on a rotation basis. We provide training, state-of-the-art vehicles and equipment for a safe and efficient work environment.
Must have ability to learn OTR
Must have ability to get Class B CDL.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be able to work in an independent manner and be motivated in a work environment that is not under direct supervision at all times
- Must be used to working with your hands and comfortable around trucks, construction equipment, and vehicles
- Mount and dismount truck tires. This will be done off site as well as on site.
- Switch tires from one wheel position to another
- Will train the right candidate that possesses good customer service traits and a sense of urgency
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be able to pass background check

- heavy truck tire: 1 year (Preferred)
